In view of the
outbreak of a Coronavirus virus, from 18 March 2020 to 30 June 2020 Canada
imposed a number of travel limits for foreign citizens traveling within Canada.

study season, student permits are given. IRCC would continue to process the
applications to any extent possible. Study permit applications include
biometrics, and many visa applications are refused for this service.
COVID-19 offers applicants,
in addition to the standard 30 days, 90 days to submit biometrics. It should be
remembered that on or before 18 March 2020, only students who have a valid
license to study or who are permitted to travel to Canada.

move to Canada can continue to apply its express registration profile and meet
the requirements of Canadian PR visas. Furthermore, the IRCC has indicated it
is scheduled for the federal Express entry every two weeks. The IRCC has

permanently resident Canadian applicants. Moreover, there are, as usual, still
draws by Provincial Nominated Programs (PNPs) that suggest that COVID-19 has
little impact on Canada's migration plans.
